At AV Connect, we are committed to providing high-quality products and professional services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve created this refund policy to clarify when refunds may be issued.
🔧 Service Refunds
Installation Services:

Non-refundable once work has started.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit (if any) may be refunded or credited toward future service.

If the installation is delayed or canceled due to issues on the customer's end (e.g., no access to the site, no power/internet available), service charges may still apply.

Maintenance & Service Calls:

Service call fees cover labor only and are non-refundable once the technician has visited the site.

If no issue is found or the issue is caused by third-party equipment or service (e.g., power failure, internet outage), service fees are still applicable.

📦 Product Refunds
Equipment Purchased from AV Connect:

Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Opened, installed, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective.

Defective Products:

Defective products may be eligible for exchange or warranty replacement, based on the manufacturer's warranty terms.

We do not offer cash refunds for defective items—only replacement or repair as applicable.

Custom or Special Orders:

Non-refundable unless the item is defective or cannot be delivered due to supplier issues.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

A restocking fee may apply for returned items (up to 15% depending on the item).

Shipping or travel costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Change of mind after installation or service completion

Compatibility issues with third-party devices not disclosed during consultation

System downtime caused by internet outages, user error, or external factors

DIY installation failures of equipment purchased from us

Service interruptions due to environmental or structural issues at the customer’s location
