Refund Policy

At AV Connect, we are committed to providing high-quality products and professional services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve created this refund policy to clarify when refunds may be issued.

🔧 Service Refunds

 

Installation Services:
  • Non-refundable once work has started.

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit (if any) may be refunded or credited toward future service.

  • If the installation is delayed or canceled due to issues on the customer's end (e.g., no access to the site, no power/internet available), service charges may still apply.

Maintenance & Service Calls:
  • Service call fees cover labor only and are non-refundable once the technician has visited the site.

  • If no issue is found or the issue is caused by third-party equipment or service (e.g., power failure, internet outage), service fees are still applicable.

📦 Product Refunds

Equipment Purchased from AV Connect:
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened, installed, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective.

Defective Products:
  • Defective products may be eligible for exchange or warranty replacement, based on the manufacturer's warranty terms.

  • We do not offer cash refunds for defective items—only replacement or repair as applicable.

Custom or Special Orders:
  • Non-refundable unless the item is defective or cannot be delivered due to supplier issues.

💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee may apply for returned items (up to 15% depending on the item).

  • Shipping or travel costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after installation or service completion

  • Compatibility issues with third-party devices not disclosed during consultation

  • System downtime caused by internet outages, user error, or external factors

  • DIY installation failures of equipment purchased from us

  • Service interruptions due to environmental or structural issues at the customer’s location
