At AV CONNECT, we offer professional service call maintenance to keep your system reliable, clear, and secure—24/7. ✅ What’s Included in a Maintenance Service Call: Full system inspection (cameras, DVR/NVR, power supply, connections. Lens cleaning for clearer image quality. Camera angle and focus adjustments. Cable and connection checks for wear or damage. DVR/NVR performance check (recording, playback, and storage status. Firmware and software updates (if required). Test of remote viewing/mobile access functionality. Basic user training or refresh (if requested). Why Maintenance Matters: Prevents unexpected system failures. Ensures clear, usable footage when you need it. Extends the life of your equipment. Identifies issues before they become costly repairs. Keeps your system compliant with security policies (for businesses). 📌 Important Notes: This service call covers maintenance labor only. Replacement parts (e.g., cameras, power supplies, DVRs, hard drives) are not included and will be quoted separately if needed. Maintenance is available for systems we installed and third-party systems (subject to compatibility).


Cancellation Policy

Security Camera Maintenance Policy At AV CONNECT, we provide expert maintenance services to keep your security camera systems running smoothly and effectively. Please review our maintenance policy below: 🔧 Service Coverage This service call covers maintenance labor only. The maintenance visit includes system inspection, camera cleaning, cable checks, performance testing, basic adjustments, and firmware updates (if applicable). 🛠️ Replacement Parts Replacement parts are not included in the maintenance service call. Items such as cameras, DVRs/NVRs, hard drives, power supplies, and other components will be quoted separately if needed. No parts will be replaced without prior customer approval and pricing confirmation. 🔄 System Eligibility Maintenance services are available for systems installed by us as well as third-party systems, provided they are compatible with our tools and expertise. If a third-party system is found to be incompatible, our technician will advise on possible upgrade or replacement options. 💳 Payment Terms All maintenance services are billed at a flat labor rate or hourly rate as agreed at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. 📅 Scheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
